It is in such a place, Novi Sad company "A Gradnja" has started construction of luxury sports-recreational center "Kopaonik-Glog", the total useful area of 100,000 m2. 11 hectares of land, in one of the most beautiful parts of Kopaonik, where the year of more than 200 sunny days, to 2013. year will be built an elite settlement, which for several years will outperforme the existing center "Sunčani vrhovi" on the same mountain. We are connected with the peak of Kopaonik by only four kilometers, while the Raška county just completed a new road length of 20 kilometers.

"A Gradnja" started this job very ambitious, as investiror, in the construction of settlements and infrastructure works, a project of the Lisina will be the first of its kind in Serbia. Namely, the word is "kondominium" project, because the market will offer apartments and owned by locals, while in the settlement were formed agencies and special services that would be concerned about the issuing and maintenance. Unlike the time shering, in this project is much more liberal, as the future owners had the possibility of publishing the apartment in accordance with their wishes and needs.

The settlements Kopaonik-Glog, we predicted 2400 apartments, area of about 80,000 square meters, business premises, clinics, garages, church, mall with the market, pedestrian zones, squares, outdoor amphitheater, pond (skating rink in winter), a pool, bob track , bowling alley, and there are many sports facilities for smaller sports and tennis, running trails, spa center, children's ski trails and wellness center and spa (Turkish bath, Finland sauna ...). The first phase of construction, means 20.000m2 apartment space located in the 3 buildings and the total of 370 apartments, area of 28 to 80 m2 ..
